Can I ask for the file I need?
TOTODISK won't accept any individual file requests.
 
The uploaded files will be freely shared with subscribers.
Can I find the files I have uploaded if I use the file search function?
You can download the files you have uploaded from the file URL.
 
You can also search part of the file name to download with the file search function.
 
However, the files you have uploaded are not distinct in the file search function.
 
Can I use TOTODISK with other systems besides Windows? ( Mackintosh, Smart phone .. )
TOTODISK runs only on Windows Internet explorer.
 
TOTODISK can only be supported by Windows.
 
Click to download a file, but does not work. What's the problem?
If "Download" doesn't appear to work after you select to download the file to you PC,
 
TOTODISK  Downloader hasn't been set up yet.
 
Please download and install directly TOTODISK Webtrans.

Download speed is slow. Why?
Download speed may vary with time if there are many users in the server the file that
 
you want to download is saved in or a packet loss occurs between the server and your PC.
Downloading the file is restricted as I have connected from another PC. What should I do?
If you share your Username with others, downloading the file is possibile only from the last accessed PC.
 
Or it might be an ordinary problem caused by temporary traffic overload.
 
In this case, log out and log in again to download the file.
 
 
① Please change your password periodically and check if you are using your Username with your acquaintances (family and friends).
 
② Do not save your Username/Password in public places like libraries or public offices. Don't forget to log out after using the service.
File upload is stopped in the middle. How can I continue to upload again?
If the file upload is stopped due to disconnection, refresh the upload page.
 
The file and the size uploaded will be presented.
 
Upload the same file again and the file will automatically continue to be uploaded.
How can I check how long is remaining of my term after I have purchased the pay term service?
You can check how much is remaining by looking at "My Account" after purchasing the pay term service.
 
You can extend the term if the remaining time is less than 72 hours.
How can I check the URL address after uploading a file?
After uploading a file, you can check the valid file URL from the upload page.
How can I collect points?
You can collect 0.1 point per 4MB whenever you or others download the file after the file is uploaded.
 
 
* If you or other subscribers download files more than fixed capacity (30days/40GB , 60days/72GB , 90days/100GB)
 
  according to the payment of the service, the excess capacity is not recognized as additional points.
 
 
* If there are two identical files uploaded onto the TOTODISK, the member who uploaded earlier than the other is
 
  given a priority for obtaining rewarding point.
 
  If the file uploaded earlier than any other file is deleted the next earliest uploader of the same file is given a
 
  priority for obtaining rewarding point.
How can I delete the installed TOTODISK Webtrans?
There are two ways to delete the installed TOTODISK Webtrans in your PC. Please follow the following instructions.
 
※ The first method in windows7 / windows xp

How can I use the saved points?
You can use the points after you have collected 200,000 or more.
100 dollars will be deposited directly into your bank account if you have saved more than 200,000 points.
Make an application in the following way.
 
1. Scan your ID card and send it as an attachment with your email to totoadmin@totodisk.com.
   Make sure your ID card has your home address and that it proves your legal identity.
 
2. Make sure to write your Username when sending an email with the ID card attached.
   Your application will not be accepted unless your TOTODSIK Username is specified.
 
3. Leave a message in the 'Ask questions directly' section of Support in our web site,
   as outlined below, when making an application.

How come the credit card bill is charged by INICIS?
INICIS is a payment agent for TOTODISK.
 
The payment is processed by the INICIS payment system when the payment is made by credit card
 
and the credit card bill is charged by INICIS, not TOTODISK.
I chose the wrong pay service term. Can I change the term?
You can choose 30-day/60-day/90-day for pay service terms. 
 
If you complete the payment, you can't change the pay term.
 
Please choose the pay service term you want again and settle the payment after the current term is over.
I have forgotten my username or password. How do I find?
You will sign up for TOTODISK through the confirmation email.
 
Please click "Forget Username/Password" in the Login window and type the email address you entered for registration.
 
Click the send button and you will receive Username and Temporary Password by email.
 
We recommend you log in to the home page and change the temporary Password from "My Account".
 
I received the message, "The server list is not available". Why?
If you get the message, "The server list is not available. Try again later," the file can't be loaded
 
or sent due to temporary delays with the connection.
 
You can normally proceed with uploading/downloading if you try again after a while.
 
If you continue having this problem, ask the Support team for the file URL to download.
I signed up, but I am having trouble logging in.
A confirmation mail will be sent to the email address you have entered after you sign up to be a member of TOTODISK.
 
Please check the email received and click the [approve the registration] button to log on to the web site of TOTODISK.
 
Your registration is completed only when you approve the registration within 72 hours after applying for the registration.
 
Your application will be canceled 72 hours later and you will need to make an application all over again.
I want to buy the pay service term. Is there any other payment option?
The pay service term is only available for credit card use. There is no other payment option.
Is the routine maintenance necessary?
Yes it is. TOTODISK conducts routine maintenance once a week to provide our service in a smooth manner.
 
The service is not available during the routine maintenance.
 
* The routine maintenance will not be notified separately.
Is there a limit to the capacity to try to upload?
There is no limit for the file upload in TOTODISK.
Letters appear broken and the upload will not run.
Please change the Regional and Language Option if letters appear broken and the upload function doesn't
 
run when you use TOTODISK.

 
※ How to Set Up
 
1. In the " Control Panel -〉  Regional and Language Options " connected to your PC.
 
2. In the  Supplemental language support in Languages Tab
   " Install files for complex script right-to-left languages (including Thai) " Select the check box.
 
3. Install Supplemental Language Support and click OK.
 
4. In the Insert Disk and click OK
 
5. Service Pack Installation
 
6. Change Regional Options
 
7. [ Control Panel -〉 Regional and Language Options -〉 Advanced Tab ] and click.
 
8. That does not support Unicode in Language for non-Unicode programs, click OK where to find Korean.
 
9. Reboot the PC.
My uploaded file has been deleted. Is the file restorable?
The uploaded file is not restorable if the file is automatically deleted after the 15-day retention period expires.
The file list doesn't appear with TOTODISK Webtrans when I try uploading/downloading.
Please disable the configuration as outlined below if you use windows vista.

The message of 'downloading the file is restricted at the request of the rightful person' pops up during the download.

downloading the file of your choice is restricted at the request of the copyright holder.
 
You can't download the file if this message appears.
 
The name of the file that you select when downloading it upon completion of file search is different from the one that is shown on the list of TOTODISK Webtrans.
When downloading a file in the search list, the name of the file that you select may be
 
different from the one that is shown on the list of TOTODISK Webtrans.
 
What you select for downloading is exactly the same as the one that you retrieve
 
from the server with difference in their files names only and thus you can be
 
reassured to proceed with downloading.

What do you enter a file search?
Search file function is to search files within TOTODISK.
 
If you only enter words or part of words not in a full sentence for search,
 
you will see all the files that include the search words you entered.
 
What is the download/upload mode of the configuration with TOTODISK Webtrans?
Download/upload is set in the Ethernet port type that is used to transmit the file.
 
If the loading speed becomes slow, cancel the transmission, change the mode and try again.
 
You are recommended to use the mode that offers the most stable speed.
What is the file URL?
The file URL is an exclusive address for a file. You can send the URL to share
 
with your friends through twitter or facebook.
 
You can download the file for 15 days from the upload time.
What is the pay term service?
You need to purchase the pay term service to download files greater than 4MB when searching
 
or downloading your uploaded files with TOTODISK.
